Parent-Tot Gymnastics
Students will work on beginning gymnastics skills, hand/eye and motor coordination, balance, strength and stability during this session. At least one parent or guardian will lead their child through the different stations to work on learning the necessary skills. Each class will include the same core group of skills to build repetitive movements, and additional fun activities will be mixed in. Students can expect to run, kick or throw a ball, parachute play, balloon play, in addition to tumbling on mats and other activities during this 30 minute session.
Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and long hair should be pulled back. Shoes are not to be worn on the gymnastics mats.
AGES: 18 months – 4 years

Junior Gymnastics
Students will learn beginning gymnastics skills including forward/backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Depending on the skill level of the class, more difficult skills may be presented as well. This class is structured to include a short warm up and stretch session followed by line drills and finally a breakout session where students will work independently with help and instruction from the coach. The goal of this session is to have every student performing a basic cartwheel by the last class. Students who progress more quickly will be given more challenging skills to work on.

Advanced Gymnastics
