A 45 minute functional fitness class, blending dumbbells, rowers, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises into circuit-style HIIT workouts that target both upper and lower body muscles in sessions designed for all ages and fitness levels.

FEE: $30 Y Member/$80 Non-member
Limited to 20 participants per session
If you’re looking to try the class out, we do offer a drop in rate of $10. If you are a non-member wanting to drop in a class, you must also pay the day pass fee of $10.
