This class will consist of high intensity exercises designed to help you burn fat and gain muscle.

FEE: $25 Y Member/$75 Non-member
Limited to 12 participants per session
If you’re looking to try the class out, we do offer a drop in rate of $10. If you are a non-member wanting to drop in a class, you must also pay the day pass fee of $10.
