Sarah Highland, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Postpartum Exercise Instructor

Fitness Philosophy: I like discussing non-scale victories. Specifically, I remind clients about the tasks they use to struggle with and show them how they have improved their strength or mind-body connection.

Michelle Moore, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

Fitness Philosophy: I remind my clients why they started in the first place — whether it’s the desire to build strength or have the mobility to play on the floor with grandchildren without needing help up.

Ernie Wren, NPTA Personal Trainer

Fitness Philosophy: Senior fitness involves more than just strength and weight training. Aging presents people with a unique set of challenges that they have not experienced in their younger years, such as walking, getting up off a chair/floor, flexibility, and ease of movement in general. Life can be wonderful after 50 with the proper fitness lifestyle.
